MESSAGE TO OUR GUESTS: CHANGES TO OUR REAL REWARDS™ PROGRAM AS WE NAVIGATE COVID–19

Dear Real Rewards Member:

As we navigate through the ongoing situation with COVID–19, we remain committed to making every visit a little sweeter and a lot more rewarding with our Real Rewards program. We also recognize that the current environment limits your usual Yogurtland visits and the way you use your rewards. Therefore, we have made some changes that allow you to enjoy your favorite cup of frozen yogurt and redeem your rewards when you’re ready to later this year.

Birthday Rewards: Until further notice, expiration dates for new birthday rewards will be extended to 12/31/2020.

Points and Tier Statuses: We are also aware that you may be concerned about your points expiration and tier status requirements. For the time being, we are suspending points and tier expirations to allow you more time to meet the necessary conditions.

Earned Rewards: Temporarily, if you earn new rewards through points from purchases, the expiration date will be extended and the reward will be valid for 60 days. If you received a reward by earning points in the months of March and April, and it expired before you were able to use it, we will reissue the reward to you at a later date.

We will continue to notify you with updates to our Real Rewards program through these changing times.
