How do I sign up for the Real Rewards Program?

There are several quick and easy ways to sign up for our Real Rewards Program.  You can sign up by registering on our website with an activated Yogurtland card provided by your local participating store or you can register by requesting a virtual card through our website or mobile app, which is available on Apple and Android devices. You may also Text to Join by texting the word FROYO and your email address to 73757. (Example Text to 73757: Froyo [email protected])

All of my points for the year expired today. Why?

Yearly Points are the total number of points you earn in a single year from January 1 – December 31. Yearly Points will indicate your current tier and the next year’s tier. Yearly Points reset once a year on January 1st.

Core Points always reset at 100 and therefore does not necessarily match yearly points. Core points do not indicate tier status. Each time 100 Core Points are earned, a $5 Reward will be issued to your account.

Core Points you have accumulated do not expire or disappear, except by conversion of points into Real Rewards™ rewards.  Yearly Points reset once a year on January 1 but do not affect the balance of Core Points.

Will I accrue points if I haven't registered my card yet?

Yes. Your card will accrue points, but you will not be able to redeem your rewards until it is registered in the Real Rewards Program.

Do I have to put money on my card or mobile app to use my Real Rewards account?

No, you do not have to load money on your card or mobile app to participate in the program, but having a preloaded card makes your in-store payments a breeze!

Where do I get a physical Real Rewards card to link with my mobile account?

To retrieve a physical Real Rewards card, simply visit your favorite Yogurtland store and ask a team member for assistance. Once the card is added to your account, the number on your physical card applies to your mobile account, which you can find under the ‘My Card’ section on your profile.

I am an Ultimate Tier Member. How do I keep my Ultimate status?

Congratulations on reaching the highest tier of Yogurtland Real Rewards! To maintain your Ultimate Membership status, you must continue to earn 600 points between January 1 – December 31 of each year.

I chose my favorite Yogurtland store during registration. Is this the only store I can use my Real Rewards card at?

You may use your Real Rewards card at any of our participating Yogurtland locations (non-participating locations include international locations).

I combined all of my gift cards together and it suspended my account. Why?

As a security measure, our system only allows for 6 cards or fewer to be on an account at a time. If you have questions, please contact us at [email protected].

I forgot my card when I visited Yogurtland. Can I recover my points?

Of course! Find your receipt from your purchase, visit the Yogurtland website and login to your Real Rewards account. From there, you’ll fill out the Recover Points form and submit. Please note that you are only able to recover points within 30 days of the transaction date.

Am I able to merge my two Real Rewards cards into one account?

Absolutely! After logging in to your account, select ‘Manage Cards’ to combine multiple cards into one account. Please feel free to contact us through email at [email protected] for assistance.

Gift cards purchased prior to December of 2012 cannot be combined with Real Rewards program rewards. Gift cards purchased from unauthorized third party vendors will not be valid at Yogurtland locations.

I keep trying to register my card, but it's not working. What do I do?

If I have the mobile app, do I also need a physical card?

Nope! Your mobile app will work in the same way a physical card does as your Real Rewards card.

What do I do if I lose my Real Rewards card?

Please email [email protected] with your name, email, and mailing address to get a replacement card sent to you.

When do my rewards expire?

Rewards earned through the Yogurtland Real Rewards program expire after 4 weeks, unless noted otherwise. You can find out when your rewards expire by checking your reward email, receipt, mobile app, or by logging onto your account at www.yogurt-land.com/realrewards. Expired rewards will not be valid for use in stores.

How do I check my loyalty/gift card balance?

You can check your loyalty card or gift card balance online by logging onto your account at www.yogurt-land.com/realrewards. Gift cards can also be registered and used as a loyalty card that accrues points and rewards. Get started by registering your card at www.yogurt-land.com/realrewards.

Gift cards purchased prior to December of 2012 cannot be combined with Real Rewards program rewards. Gift cards purchased from unauthorized third party vendors will not be valid at Yogurtland locations.

How do I recover my username and password?

Do I get points for gift card purchases?

Unfortunately, no. Points are only given for eligible Yogurtland products, like yogurt and toppings.

I bought a catering box, do I get any points?

Yes! To receive your points, please make sure to use your Real Rewards card or mobile app during your purchase. The number of points you receive will vary depending on the type of catering box purchased.

I tried to register my gift card and received the message, "This card cannot be used with Real Rewards. If you would like to register this card, click here." Why did I receive this message?

You received this message because some gift cards, like those purchased through an approved 3rd party retailer, cannot be used with our Real Rewards program to accrue points and rewards. These cards are stored value cards only. You are welcome to join our Real Rewards program by registering a card received at a Yogurtland location or by enrolling with a virutal card on our website. You can use the gift card as your method of payment and your registered card to partipcate in the Real Rewards program.

If my card can't be used with Real Rewards, why would I want to register it?

Unless you register your card with your contact information on our website, it cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed.
