Yogurtland Fundraising Event Policies
We're excited to support your cause! Before you submit your application, please take a moment to review the following policies. By participating in a Yogurtland fundraising event, you agree to abide by these terms.
Requesting an Event Day:
To organize a fundraising event at a Yogurtland location, you need to request a specific day in advance. Please fill out the application form and submit it for approval.
You can earn up to 20% of the sales generated during the event. Other custom donation percentages should be discussed with and approved by your local store in advance.
A fundraising event must be requested at least 2 weeks in advance to allow sufficient time for preparation.
Your organization's W9 form is mandatory for receiving the donation check.
No Guest Solicitation:
During the event, please refrain from soliciting our store guests. Let them enjoy their frozen yogurt experience.
Donation Payment Pickup:
The Fundraiser Coordinator is responsible for arranging the pickup or collection of the donation payment.
A group coordinator must be present 15-20 minutes before the event starts. If this is not possible, alternative arrangements must be made with the store.
Sales Tax Exclusion:
The donation percentage is calculated based on sales, excluding any applicable sales tax.
Exclusion of Offer:
No rewards, coupons, discounts, or other offers are valid during the event.
Gift Card Exclusion:
The event's benefits do not apply to purchases of gift cards.
The fundraising event benefits are not applicable to online orders. They are only valid for in-store purchases.
